Open a ticket for your support

Step 2

You will receive an email invitaion to join remote session. Click on "JOIN SESSION"

Or you can get a link from the agent. Paste the link in any web browser.

Step 3

Click on "Download" for an installation file.

If you are using Chrome, find the downloaded file at the bottom left corner

if you are using Firefox, find the downloaded file at the top right corner

Step 4

Run the downloaded file, this will not require any administrator permission.

Step 5

Finally, Click on "Join"

Now, an agent can access your computer remotely and help you to solve your problem. You can also chat with the agent using chat box located bottom right corner.
