Right Department / Product for right support

We are using LizDesk to provide support for multiple departments. such as ERP1.0 & NOW, INT, Sage x3.

Now, if you need ERP1.0 & NOW support then you should select the Department "ERP1.0 and NOW"

And then the related Product such as, 
Software (NOW - Purchase)
Software (NOW - Production)
Software (NOW - Warehousing)
Software (ERP1.0 - Garment)
Software (ERP1.0 - Warehousing)


If you need Information Technology support please select the Department "Information Technology"


And then the related Product such as, 
Software (Installation)
Software (WeChat)
Software (Mail/Outlook)
Software (Windows)
Hardware (Printer)
Hardware (Desktop PC)
Hardware (Laptop)

Please do not choose the wrong Department/Product. Your request will go to the wrong agent and you will not get proper support in time.
