Raised Issue

·       Routing is mandatory

 

Solution

-        1. Open GPC  BOM

o   Check line for respective Design ID

o   Check Total Required Gross QTY

-        2. Open FSS or that specific Design ID

-        3. Cross check the Qty from previous step with Standard Attributes Description from concerning FSS Document

-        4. Go to NOW and check Work Center and operation attributes searching with copied Standard Attributes from FSS BOM

-        5. In case of Wrong Standard Attributes for wrong qty, send mail to rashidul.islam@lizfashion.com mentioning the Work Order, Design ID and Standard Attribute.

6. After fixing run MRP
