ITEM CODE IS UNAVAILABLE on BOM

BOM doesn’t send to NOW (White Spaces)

 

Raised Issue

·       BOM doesn’t send to NOW

·       BOM Lines contain no Full Item code

 

 

Problem Analysis

·       Open ERP1.0 GPC BOM

·       Have a look at FULL ITEM CODE for each line

·       Check design id information (ERP1.0)

o   See every spec. carefully

o   See NOW Full Item Info.

o   See Item code & design id table         

·       Item Code for first row is missing

·       Go to ERP1.0 Design ID List

·       Search that Design ID
(Full Item Code is Visible there)

 

 

 

Solution

Step 01: 

·       Go to ERP1.0 Database
- Search erpprod.erp_bom table with that Sales Order
- Remove Spaces

·       Go to GPC BOM in ERP1.0 and Send it to NOW

·       RUN MRP
